Current Fuel Surcharge: 20%

Effective Date: JANUARY 12,2009

Mad Dog Express has adopted a fuel surcharge calculation method for all shipments. This calculation is based on prevailing prices for diesel fuel in regions that Mad Dog Express operates and will allow Mad Dog Express to respond to fuel price changes in a timely manner.

The surcharge percentage for the Mad Dog Express System will be subject to weekly adjustment. The adjustment will be made according to the current average price per gallon of diesel fuel. The surcharge will be reflected on our Mad Dog Express invoice.
